Who we are. 

 

C4 was created in 2015 with one idea in mind.  Create a workout for kids and adults that allows each student athlete to get fit, perform, and get to the next level.
 

How do we do that?

Developing motor skills for speed and agility requires more than robotic and repetitious movement. In order to become a fluid and fast athlete, you must develop

your faculties through guided dynamic motor learning.

Our coaches use different external cueing techniques paired with constant feedback in order to create an optimal training environment for athletes to develop the best motor skills possible for their body and sport.

REDUCE THE RISK.

 

Injuries may be part of sports, but you can be proactive and reduce your risk.  Using screening tools and tests specific to your needs, we can identify where you might be at risk and what you can do to prevent it.
